Every Basket tells a Story!
It's a night out to support the building of an audiology teaching and training center in Zambia, Africa! Get ready for fabulous finds, fierce bidding, and unforgettable moments. Snag a bargain, do some holiday shopping, and help children hear! Baskets are unique, creative, and filled with wonderful treasures. There is a Buffalo Bills basket with two (2) second-row, field level seats to the final game in Highmark Stadium! Bills vs Jets. For NFL Fans that’s a true treasure. Come for the fun—leave knowing you’ve changed a life.
Here in the U.S. we are fortunate to have access to hearing health, but that is not the case in Zambia where there are 20 million people and just ONE audiologist. Hearing The Call (HTC) was founded in 2016 in response to the overwhelming number of individuals around the world living with treatable hearing loss. HTC has been sending humanitarian teams to Zambia since 2014 and fitting local children and adults with free hearing aids, but unfortunately, this is not adequate. We need the ongoing support of the local community to sustain this work. Join us in providing clinical education opportunities for Zambians to become trained hearing specialists!
Your support of this special evening will help to equip the training center with expensive audiology and classroom equipment as well as provide the funds to build professor housing!
